Default Abx b767-200

Always neat to capture the pilots through the cockpit windows. Any idea what this Captain may be doing? May be he's taking pictures himself! In any event, he doesn't look like he's got his eyes on the runway that is fast approaching.

The aircraft landed without incident. The First Officer obviously had the controls.

Photographed moments before touch down (estimated altitude about 200 feet) on Rwy 18C at the Greater Cincinnati Northern Kentucky International Airport : Nikon D300s + Nikkor 70-200 f2.8.

Jehan, nice shot. Looks like a nice shooting position.

Panny, you don't know much about aircraft operations, do you?

Streets,

Thanks...yes this spot is a good one for morning arrivals. Here are a couple more from alternate spots that are good for afternoon arrivals such as this one...looks like the passenges might have spotted me too!

And one for PM departures such as this with nice jet wash coming out of the turbofans!

These are all "outside the fence locations"...and always subject to visits from airport PD!
