I have taken this Paris pic on january 2006, i am just a beginner as far as photograhy is concern. , good or bad comment is appreciated :-).

I thinking that you can see there's a good shot there. Some things I would do:

1. since the colors are blah, I'd B&W (or sepia) it.
2. what's the focus on? I like the bridge a lot. I'd crop on top it at the first level of the tower, and on the left at the base of the tower. That will bring the focus to the bridge and away from the tower. Also when it's cropped, you'll focus more on the architectural details of the bridge.

thanks a lot for your comment, I will surely do what you have said, i'm sure i will get an interesting results.

- i expect to be back in paris by early July this year so this time i will try my best to focus on the subject, i will take photos of the same bridge but on a different angle or composition as you suggested.

much better. :) I'll be looking for the new photos in July! Some of my best pictures have been my "last resort" shots when, in desparation, I snap a bunch from (or of) unusual places just before I leave.
