I need to purchase a tripod for a Canon A620, to take pictures of jewelry. Since this is such a specific situation, and the only one I'll use the tripod for, I'm hoping someone can advise on what makes good, economic sense.
Specifics: 1. Canon A620 (light camera) 2. Indoors only. 3. Photos primarily of earrings and necklaces, some on "ear model", most on a display setting. Seems like this doesn't require an expensive multipurpose tripod, but the three questions I have are: 1. Ball head or pan-tilt? 2. Would a table-top tripod work in this situation? 3. Which specific tripod(s) would you recommend? Thanks. |
