Document Tripod
 

Hi,

I am looking for information on any tripod that would allow for a camera to look directly down on a subject (fixed) ... I used one previously that had come out of the local police dept. crime scene dept... was a document tripod (had a grid so as to indicate scale) ... I do not need this though if one was a available I might be interested. Does anyone know what I am looking for... or even keywords that might assist me in my search.

Check Manfrotto tripods. I have an old 055C that has that capability.
