I've got this fairly nice tripod passed; very heavy duty Bogen, stands close to 7' tall fully extended. However recently, the head has developed a bit of a jerk in it. Up until now it was very smooth, but it's acting like there's a loose spot in it or something. Eh, you really just need to feel it to probably get a full understanding of the problem...

Anyway, I use this tripod for videography, so I NEED it to be smooth. Does anyone know a way to fix it, or a decent replacement head for say $40-60? I don't use it a lot, so I really don't want to spend too much on it, but I do want it to work when I need it...
