I own a Manfrotto 3221WN Tripod with a 3265 Grip Action Ball Head. I regret to say that I've really never done much in the way of cleaning and maintenance. Unfortunately, it's beginning to show... especially in the ball head which is getting to be rather loose when supporting the camera with a longer/heavier lens. So, my question is what do you recommend for cleaning & maintaining the tripod and head? Do I need to take certain things apart? Do I just need to use a good brush and then some sort of grease/oil? What sort of grease/oil do you recommend? Good detailed instructions requested as I'm not much of a maintenance type person.:-?
