Default Help with id'ing this "tripod"

Can someone help me with the manufacturer of the below item? It's for either macro or low to the ground shooting? Both sides can be utilized: one side has three large stainless steel flat feet while the other has three metal feet covered with rubber. It about 18"x18"x2" and made from heavy duty steel.

Thanks,

CRL

No guesses on this yet, huh? My best guess is that it was made for shooting from a pickup truck or something similar. Put the rubber feet on the roof of the truck while standing in the bed, with arms resting on the two raised parts at the back. Pretty stable with a long telephoto.

That may not be for a camera as it would be very hard to see through the viewfinder.
