Default Hot Shoe Levels

I have seen this mentioned a lot on here for tripods, is it the same thing as in the link below

Yes I do, it is the best thing to use for leveling a camera on a tripod. And you can not beat it for 3 dollars with free shipping. Or 15 dollars at the stores.

But I prefer the 2 axis one. I can read it better.
