I've been looking for a way to share not only photos but videos I've taken with my digital camera with my friends and family.

Seems there are many ways to share and oragnize your photos, but nothing for video.

I have found a great application that I've been using for the past few months to share large sized videos I take with my digital camera. The site is www.grouper.com. They offer a free program that allows you to share unlimited sized video (and any other file type) with friends and family members.

just wanted to pass this along,

if anyone knows of other means to easily share videos let me know...

thanks for the info,

i've tried those as well as some others and it seems that Grouper is hands down the best site for sharing your video.

1) there is no upload limit
2) you can download other peoples videos if you choose to do so
3) they include a free (easy to use) video editor/maker to download if you choose
4) they allow you to either share your videos publicly to the world or privately to a select group of friends/family.

I haven't tried grouper, but i have tried http://www.onetruemedia.com.

you can edit your pictures, video and music together online, then share, link or post on myspace for free, no software to download either. The bestt thing about it is you can then get your finished product back on DVD - that of course costs $25, but it's alot easier than doing it yoursellf.

i made this one using them:
