I often looked at F.Comics postings. I consider him the patron saint of low resolution video gear:lol:.

I was looking at the various compact recorders he writes about for one to connect to a kite for photos from above. I have given up on the idea for a while as it would violate my membership in the 10 thumb society. As a last resort I think a simple digital still camera in video mode should be better than those hybreds.

I think F. Comic lives in Sheepshead Bay area of Brooklyn, I am near Marine Park, Prior to fracturing my knee and tearing the tendon I enjoyed kite flying in Marine Park and along the Belt Parkway in the shadow of the VA Hospital (where I retired from) / near the Verizzano Bridge.

S.A.Rat::|

Watched your Patriot movie on You Tube. It played very well there.

I was Googling motorcycle rallies and rolling thunder Brooklyn, NY with no luck.

Your videos have put a gnat in my ear that keeps telling me to go out with my camera and cane and shoot some bikes.

Several years ago I saw a posting on the Coney Island web site that there was going to be a Bikes and Tattoo Rally at Coney Island. I went there and walked around for close to 2 hours and there was not a single biker (with or without tattoos) around.

Do you know of any rallies coming to the NY area:?

Let me see if I can find a link ...

You missed it ... it was 20 JUN.

It really is HUGE. Do a google for "Harley Duanesburg" ...

That was the only really big one I knew about. I spend most of my time at the racetrack, so I don't get to go to many of the rallies.
