Is the Lumix LS2 a good investment? I going to use it it for both indoor and outdoor. Izzit suitabke for badly lighted halls and sports events? Is this camera good enough to cover most of the school activities since i am a photographer for my school?

The Panasonic LS-2 is a good camera, for an entry level camera. It is capable of good images as long as you respect its limitations, especially the flash range limitations. You know the demands that will be placed on the camera better than I do. Read over the review and decide.

55+years ago I was the School photographer when I was a teenager. From my personal experiences back then, I know that I would be pressing a camera such as the Panasonic LS-2 quite hard taking the photos that I used to have to take back then. However, I am sure times have changed a lot. You are in the best position to make that decision.

I want to know whether this will be better than the Olympus C370Z/X450/D535Z that i am currently using. That camera really has alot of limitations, i want to gte sumting within my budget to overcome problems like too much noise, stroger flash and etc.

You could use a simple slave flash to increase your flash range and power at a cost of less than $(US) 50.

Here is a slave flash that I carry with me in my camera bag all the time. It is very handy. It can be mounted beside your camera or remote from it. It sells for around $(US) 45. When using it I can easily extend my flash range out to about 21 feet.
