Hi everyone
I currently have a Pentax S40 - 4MP and I am looking to upgrade to a better camera. I find the Pentax S40 anoying as it takes an age to charge the flash after a shot. I am looking for a 7-8MP camera, that is small like the S40 and has good night time performance but still with excellentday timeperformance. I was thinking of the Canon IXUS 750 (SD550). Any ideas or suggestions? Thanks in advance! |

IXUS 800 IS (SD700 IS) would be way better because it has image stabilization which helps considerably with stationary targets in dimmer light.

Does the IXUS 800 IS take good night shots with the flash - not seen any night ones yet.
Also, whats the flash recharge time like after taking one shot? ie. amount of time from taking the shot to being ready to take another. Just had a browse around the net, what is the Fuji F11 like? Night Samples look good. BTW, its not all night shots, most will be day but the thing that was bad in the S40 was night shots. |
