I was going to pick up the older FZ5 but found the newer panasonic FZ7 is about $20.00 less. This will be a second cam when I dont want to carry the Rebel XT. I was also considering the older sony H1 or the older Canon S1 IS. What would be the best bang for the buck.

Does one have a better built in flash for indoor shots?Outside sports I will use the SLR. I need a camera to carry all the time mostly pics of my kids.
