Hi,
I'm hesiting between following models and i m expecting your advices : * Casio Exilim EX Z600 * Casio Exilim EX S600 * Olympus 700 * Samsung S800 * Samsung I6 Many thanks in advance olivier |
I have nothing against any of those cameras, but I would reccommend looking at canon's as well. The SD*** series are compact, high quality, and competitively priced. I have had an SD100, SD400, and am currently on the SD 700. I stillhave all three and they are all great cameras. I think the SD400/450 is an excellent balance of price/picture quality/size, as it is perfectly sized for a pocket. Picture quality is outstanding.

thanks for your answer, but I'm looking for a ultra compact digital camera, if you have a choice what you will take ? ( excuse my poor english )
best regards |
The Canon SD700 is classified as an ultra-compact camera.
Without actually having used any of the cameras you've mentioned, I know that Samsung does not have a good reputation in the digital camera world. I don't know if this has changed with their new cameras. What kind of photography are expecting to use the camera for? Indoors with low light, portraits, outdoors, etc? |
Hi,
First many thanks for your patience and your listening. It's a digital camera for my fiancée she love photo, and she wants something easy to use, quickly and ultra compact, for shooting outside and inside best regards olivier |
hi
just one question please, do you think that S800 or S600 are not good quality ? warm regards |
Oliver-
The Casio S-600 has received excellent reviews. MT |
hi,
but do you think that Samsung S600 OR Samsung S800 are good or bad in comparaison with Casio S600 or Olympus 700 |
Samsung cameras generally have poor image quality. Therefore, I think they are not good.
I would prefer either Casio model. |
ok
You have right I read on Asia Cnet that Samsung camera are VERY BAD only 5/10 mediocre... And what about nikon coolpix 7900 ? Besides ultra compact camera I'm looking for a quick camera and fashion and tiny. |
