Hey guys, new here but been lurking for quite a while :) I finally posted.
I plan on buying a small Youtube- stuff camera for short videos, and these 2 models seem so have UHQ 840x480 30fps which is good.

Are both of these models the same when it comes to video quality ? It's the only thing important to me.. Not images.

Or: Would you add 50 bucks to get the EX-80 over the EX-77 ? I can get the 77 for under 100 brand new and the 80 for 150.... Where I live.

What would it be ?

Thanks ahead ! Appreciate the help.

We have the Z80 and it works just great. It was bought for my daughter who is 14. She uses it all the time. Now so far it has held up well, she takes it with her everywhere.

As to posting on youtube, it works great and is simple to use.

Sorry, I can only comment on the Z80, but it is recommended by us.

If you want you can take a look at some of her videos on youtube. Here is a link to her videos, http://www.youtube.com/profile?user=...mp;view=videos

Should give you a good idea of what you are getting in both images and videos as hers are a combo of both.

In the USA market you can now find the Sony W150 for $136 with shipping. So if that 150 figure for the Casio is in USD, it seems high.

Thanks for the youtube videos! The quality is really good, just like I thought ! It really looks like an expensive camcorder in my eyes.

Could anyone take a look at these camera's stats to see what has a better video on paper ? I don't know much about cameras but i'm sure theres more to it than just resolution and FPS...
