I've used the 300D (Digital Rebel) hack to get ISO 3200 -- it'svery noisy (I think both the 10D and 20D are MUCH better when it comes to noise at high ISO) and I don't know if any commercial software programs would reduce the noise such thatanyone would like the results on an 8X10.

To the original poster -- I would suggest the 10D at least if you can afford it for the better burst-- and the 20D for the best speed-- if indeed you want to do "serious" sports shooting (read: hobby shooting that looks good). But as another has said, I don't think you'd need ISO 3200 -- esp. if you've got a lens that can open up to f/2.8 or greater. Don't get a second job just for the camera. Get a second job for a high quality lens! :blah:
