Just wondering which one is best as far a picture quality goes below £200?
Hopefully with a decent ability to shoot in low light.

Something similar to the Sony DSC-W70 for example. I dont mind if its an older model as you seem to pick these up cheaper.

6 megapixel upwards.

For low light without flash you might look at the Fuji F20 in that price range. For completely still shots like in a museum where you can't use flash you do better with a camera that is decent at ISO 400 with stabilization. All the ones I know of with the possible exception of the Sony T10 are out of your price range. And the T10 flash is a little weak.
