Yes, I know the warrantee issues...but this is an assumed risk in Argentina...
Official pruducts sales are not so common...not too many stores with official warrantee...and very expensive offers too...for example, the T3i with the EF-S 18-55 is around usd 1500...

What is more, T4i is not available for sale in Argentina...but just considering it is available, this 3 lenses + T4i can be around usd2200/2500...

This is an assumed risk...

And I will take a look if the 18-55 is stabilized or not...
Any concerns about the 50mm f1.8??

No. The optical design of the 50/1.8 II is the same as that of the 50/1.8 "I", so even if it is the really old one, it should be fine.
