advice on a point a shoot camera needed

I am looking for a camera to take outdoor /scenery pictures as well as low light indoor concert type settings. Also looking for one that also has decent video capability for the above as well. What would be the best camera option / options to accomplish the above.

Well virtually all compact P&S cameras take at least decent pics in outdoor, good lighting for small prints. The low light issue, which has been discussed here Ad nauseum, mostly comes down to sensor size and the lens. If low light without a flash is truly important, and you want a pocketable (or nearly pocketable) camera, then your selections are limited to the Canon S90/S95, Panasonic LX3/LX5, Samsung EX1 and other cameras with similar sensors/lenses from the competition.

If a little large size isn't a downside then a Canon G12 or the Nikon P7000 would b 2 choices worth serious consideration.Both have 1/1.7" large sensors, with the nikon having a slightly longer zoom(7.1X)
