Hi! I have recently ventured into the world of selling on eBay and so far have only been using their 'stock' pictures for books/CD's etc. but would like to venture with a little more interesting photos but my 'Oregon Scientific' which I bought a couple of years ago for it's novelty value, being so tiny, takes rubbish pics. The biggest problem is a 'glare back' from shiny book and CD covers.

So in simple, layman terms, could any of you experts, please advise me on a cheapish (no more that £150 say) camera, that takes good close up pics??? I'm afraid your high tech language goes right over my head, so please speak as if talking to a child!!!:?

Thanking you in anticipation........

The following Kodak cameras are very easy to use, do good close-up photos and are all selling for less than $(US) 200.00.I use the Z760 for all of my E-Bay photos.

Sounds much like biggest problem is light from internal flash reflecting directly back to camera. You're going to get that from all pocket P&Ss, in bigger cameras where flash is little farther away from lens problems becomes smaller.
So try increasing light level enough that you don't have to use flash.

Or then other option would be external wireless flash which can be positioned to such position that it doesn't cause glare.
