Hi, I have an E-500 dslr but want a smaller pocket camera for everyday...would enjoy having a 10x zoom. Has anyone got a recommendation. Thanks

There's practically only one "super"zoom which can be somewhat called as pocket camera, Panasonic TZ1, others are quite bulky and have extruding lens assembly sticking out from front of body.

Thanks, what about the low light/noise issue...is it a real problem?

What you think when it's very small sensor?
Neither are sensors used by Panasonic known from low noise. Stabilization gives some help for stationary targets and there's always good old tripod but for moving targets in lower light don't expect much. |
