That's why I said he can learn at his own pace, you can't rush this.
In the meantime he can make some decent pictures on auto.

But what he'll learn in AUTO mode is that he needs to get faster shutter speeds. I already told him how to do that: with A Mode.

Our purpose here is to share what we've learned with others who haven't gotten there yet, so that they may stand on our shoulders, just like we're standing on the shoulders of those who came before us.

Telling someone to start from scratch doesn't do that.

I don't want anyone standing on my shoulders, I'm to old and rheumatic for that. :)
