Which bundle I should go for?

Canon EOS 60D with 18-135mm f/3.5-5.6 IS UD Standard Zoom Lens

or

Canon EOS Rebel T3i with 18-55mm f/3.5-5.6 IS Lens + Canon EF-S 55-250mm f/4.0-5.6 IS Telephoto Zoom Lens

I'm a advanced beginner. I find to tough to decide the bundle based on lenses. I'm not restricted to any type of photography. Please guide me.

The 60D uses a pentaprism, while the T3i uses a pentamirror. Pentaprisms provide a brighter viewfinder than pentamirrors.

The 60D has a 1/8000 second shutter speed, while the T3i only goes as fast as 1/4000. Plus, the 60D has a faster flash sync speed.

The 60D can shoot at 5.3 fps while the T3i can only shoot at up to 3.7.

The 60D is about 35% heavier and about 10% bigger than the T3i.

The 60D is a better camera. You should base your choice first on which camera you want. Then and only then should you worry about lenses, and if necessary, buy the body only and pick the lens or lenses you want, which may or may not be from Canon.

As Tcav suggests- I'd go for the camera that has the features you need/want and worry about what lens to stick on it after- again, dependant on what you need/want- not what a kit offers you.
As for the 600D v 60D- there are differences, albeit not huge- both are very fine "picture" takers- and if the differences are not significant to your needs- save yourself some cash to put towards the lens of your choice. :)
