Should I buy the Fujifilm S6500fd or the Lumix DMC-FZ50?

I dont have the money yet but am going to save up.
The question is if i should spend the extra hundred dollars for the lumix or just buy the fuji, because I don't think I will need all those megapixels and resolution. I could buy the xd memory card with the extra hundred.

So what would you reccomend

-Buy The Fujifilm and use the hundred bucks for memory card or other accesory

-Or buy the Lumix

P.S. I have an SD memory card already.

It would be nice to know what kind of pictures you plan to take in what conditions.

One piece of advice is this, however: if you will take lots of pictures in low light, get the Fuji -its high ISO picture quality is much better than the Panasonic.
