The Canon A-410 or A-430 are the best digital cameras in that price range.

There are plenty of choices at that price range. Check out Steve's Best:
http://www.steves-digicams.com/best_cameras.html I would go with what mtclimber recommended, but I think you can also get the A520, which I think is one level-up: A520 @ B&H. I bought it for my niece last summer and I'm buying it again for my brother this week. |
