My adult son wants a small pocket size 4 or more pixal camera for Christmas. He wants to use it on trips to ski areas and other vacation sites as well as photo's of friends. Any suggestions for under $300.00?
thanks Jim |

Jim-
Take a look at the Fuji F-10, it sells for less than $(US) 300 and it has received great reviews. I have owned one for abpout 10 months now and it is a great digital camera. MT |

You can get the Canon sd400 (a 5 megapixel pocket size camera) for $250 on newegg.com right now, shipping is only 5.99. This is a very nice camera I am sure he would love. Here is the link for you http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16830120170

I second the Canon SD400 for a recommendation and definately from Newegg...they rock. If a larger LCD screen is needed, then there's the SD450 with a 2.5" instead of the 2", but for most people 2" is enough. Best of luck!
