Default Camera for school use

Hello again. I am purchasing cameras to use at my preschool. Based on advice through the forum I'm buying a Canon SX200 for my use at school and at home. However, I have decided to purchase a camera for the school also, since I will not always have mine with me. This camera needs to be a point and shoot. I am planning on letting parents and children use it to take photos in the classroom and on the playground. The children are 4 and 5 years old, so I'm thinking image stabilization might be a good feature along with a short shutter lag. The photos will mainly be placed in the children's school portfolios. I'd like to keep the price under $200, maybe even under $150 if possible. Thanks!

The Canon A-1100 at $129.00 might be a good candidate.
