Hi,
I've been researching for weeks and have gonefrom powershoots to SLR's back to powershoots or super zooms whichever you call them. I want a camera I can take quality pictures I can enlarge to 12 X 16 / 13 X 19 etc. to hang on wall. Any wisdom would be very much appreciated. I need a simple camera I'm not experienced with cameras other than a point and shoot. My last camera was an Olympus C-720 which is destroyed. Thanks, K.P. |

there is relatively little difference between the sony h1 and the canon s2is.. choose between these two based upon your preference in style..
the fz-30 offers more resolution than the competiors at 8mp vs 5mp, but noise is a bit more inherent at the higher ISO's because of less incamera noise reduction. while this is not as big of an issue if you know how to post-process, straight out the camera, you may not be as happy with the results.. you may consider waiting for panasonic's fz-7 as well.. looks to have a good feature set and a nice 6mp sensor.. |
