Can you help me narrow things down?

I'd sure appreciate some help with the task of narrowing down my choices. A camera that:

Takes great pictures
Small, lightweight digital camerathat would fit into a shirt pocket (if need be)
LCD screen of 2.5 (or larger)
No more than $300
Optical zoom of at least 4x
Image "stabilizer"
Easy to operate and uncluttered
