Hello. I would like to have your opinions about the newest models of sony w and newest models of canon ixus, although compact cameras. I tried a sony w270 it seems "good" but sometimes there are pictures with noise.I would kwow if in canon models it's the same or if less??:roll:thank you

How much noise is too much noise?

Being a fan of Canon compact cameras over Sony compact cameras, I would love to tell you it is the fault of the Sony camera, but all too often it is the user (shooting in poor light etc) who is at fault.

Post a few pictures so we can see what you are seeing.

It happends rarely, but when it occurs is as fine sand, but we see it at its original size on computer.

theres a picture with 8Mp, automatic modus.we dont see much noie by first look but on original size a little bit.I dont know if it's normal on compact cameras.

open it whit photoshop you see real size, there's it a little noise
