OK – The FP Flash Mode is the same thing as High Speed Sync Flash Mode. On the Canon website, high speed sync is mentioned as something listed in the Viewfinder Information, but I looked all through the review here, and there is no mention of it. Terry, does it exist on your 20D? And if so, what does it do?
JimC – I am going to be shooting in all different types of light. There will certainly be a need for fill flash in bright sunlight, a lot will be in the woods w/ shadows from the trees, but there will also be those dark dreary race days when the sun barely peaks out, and then there are the indoor skate parks every other blue moon. So, I guess I need to do it all. As I look back through some of my photos, I probably would have used fill flash a ton.
