I've looked overSteve's Digicam review on the Canon S2 IS Camera. It sound like the camera of my dreams for stills and video. I previously was interested in a Canon A95. The replacement for the A95 is out in the form of the Canon A620. Steve's Digacams hasn't done a review yet.
I was wondering which camera to purchase. Both sound great. Any suggestions. Anyone have one of these that can give an honest oppinion? |

Gidday
I have the S2 and very happy with it. Only read the specs on the 620 and it sounds like it should give fantastic quality pics-but only reviews and owners can really tell It also has mono-sound recording for movies and not sure about zooming and taking snaps while recording. The S2 has all these functions plus stereo sound & 12X zoom ,is a bit bigger and can take movies from any mode you are in. Maybe wait for reviews on the A620 if you are looking for that smaller size Cheers Dom |
