I plan on upgrading from my Canon S70 in the near future.

I want a camera that will fit in my pocket (the canon G series is just a bit too large for my travel purposes), has at least moderate manual features, decent shutter speed range, good image quality, etc

I am considering several cameras, but at the top of the list is the SD950, T300, and S700.

All offer similar features, with the 950 and 700 coming in at 12mp (still weighing file size concerns with how many images I will actually print that will require 12mp...also concerned with the amount of mp they are trying to stuff on the 1/1.7 sensor)

T300 offers interesting touchscreen feature (concerned with no viewfinder and durability of touchscreen)

Are there any cameras in the same class as these three cameras that I should take a look at?

ANY ADVICE at all will be of great help, as I am stuck on this decision!!!

No one has anything to say about these cameras?

Meh, I'd stay away from the Nikon - despite their reputation with SLRs, things just haven't translated well to the P&S world. The Coolpix line is too often populated with slow performers.

The Canons are safe, good choices, as are the Sonys. The T200 looks pretty similar to the T300, but with fewer MP. If you are not cropping much, 5-6MP is generally more than adequate for a letter-size print.
