I'm looking for a birthday present camera for my wife, neither of us are experienced photographers, butI have been reading reviews etc and have found three that Icould do with some advise in deciding between. All can be found for near enough the same price. (£140 sterling)Since they all seem match the requirements for point and shoot type camera, that can be kept in a handbag or pocket, does anyone please have any good views between
Sony DSC w30, Kodak Easyshare V550 or possibly Casio EX-Z60, i say possibly because it has no view finder and extra batteries seem pricy.
My main requirementsare for easy quick automatic operation, movie option, reasonable battery life, and obviously reasonable quality of family holiday type photos, snaps of the children in the garden on the beach etc.
I must admit i have also quite fallen for the cannon A430. which I don't think is in the same league in terms of sytling but does seem a good camera and £40 cheaper.
Thanks.....
