Has anyone had any hands on experience with the Digilife DDV-7300?

I've had a Digilife DDV-7000 for several years and am looking to upgrade. I was interested in the HD model that Digilife flashed on their website for a few weeks. But it looks like that was just a teaser to gauge interest

It seems like the next best camera from Digilife is the DDV-7300. It offers D1 video resolution, optical and digital zoom, 7m still resolution, SDHC compatible, etc.

Just wanted to see if anyone had any feedback on this model.

Default Digilife DDV-7300

I bough one of these from ebay seller ID: long1979215

All these camcorders leave white noise on your recorded video

They are rubbish

I wasted my money and the seller is being difficult about it saying that the high pitched noise on my recordings is "normal"

Seriously there is nothing normal about high pitched white noise on video recordings

I own two other Digilife camcorders and they are great but the DDV-7300 is a complete dog

If the problem with the high pitched white noise was sorted it would be a great camcorder but at the moment they are a nasty piece of trash

The picture is great but the white noise over your recordings just kills this camcorder

Seriously !
