DV Camcorder with digital stills

Hi all...I'm new here so thanks for the help in advance.

Are there any DV camcorders with the following:

- Optical Stabalization

- 3.1+ MP digital cameral (digital stills) that actually produce decent photos

- At least a 6x Optical zoom in the digi cam (still) mode

- Doesn't pic up the sound of the DV tape recording (I heard many camsdo this)
