I want to buy my mother a digital camera for her birthday. However, she is not very comfortable with anything technical. Can anyone recommend a simple to use 3.2 megapixal camera that I could get for her? I'm looking at spending in the area of $250-350 on this one.
While we're at it, I'm also shopping for a digital camera for my girlfriend. 3.2 mega pixals is all she really needs and it needs to be easy to carry inher purse. I'm looking at spending in the area of $400 on this one. Any suggestions would be welcome. Thanks. |

For your Mother- take a look at the Kodak DX-7440 at less than $200 (US) or the Olympus C-5500 in the same price range.
For your girlfriend take a look at the Olympus C-7000 at less than $300 (US). Sarah Joyce |
