Hi,
I'm looking at both of the above cameras, and I'm a bit torn between the 2. Most of the photos I take are outdoors, scenery and nature shots, but I do the odd bit of indoor stuff too though not too much. I don't think I'd have the problem if they weren't both around the £200 mark :s Anyways, the info I've found isn't quite clear, does the manual focus word on the lens ring or is it viabutton control? For a fair few of my shots I still use an old 35mm as the autofocus on the girlfriends compact digi gets the wrong idea from time to time, so I guess the questions are this: 1. How is the manual focus on the controlled? 2. Would there bea huge noticeable difference is there between 5&6 Meg shots? 3. How intelligent is the autofocus on the 5600? 4. Would the 7000 be a decentfallbackorwould I be betterstaying withanother 10x zoom option? Ideally I'd love to have the 10x optical but not at the expense of not getting the shot. Of course if anyone has any other suggestions I'm all ears, though I prefer something that feels real in my hands and I'm not too fond of compacts but if the specs good....... ![]() Thanks in advance M |
