Hey, I'm looking to buy a compact camera for no more than about £150. It'll be mainly used travelling and general use.. I'd say picture quality and image stabalization are important to me though I'm not that bothered about too many megapixels and it will be mainly point and shoot.
my brother has a canon sd770 is which I like, what would be the updated version of this? I'm also liking the look of the panasonic lumix fs range, particularly the fs15.. if anyone could tell me how the quality of that compares to the sd770 that would be great too! cheers. |

Welcome to the Forum. Thanks for dropping by. The FS-15 is a good choice. If you want more zoom, take a look at the canon SX-200IS. Have a great day. Sarah Joyce |

i have always been a fan of the panasonic lumix lineup. for the price the fs15 seems to produce good images. its somewhat lacking in features, but the image quality is solid.
