Hello! i have just picked up prints from my local sams club from a recent trip to disney. i took them on a kodak p850 camera. i am new to this digital world so i am coming from a old minolta film camera here & have never had any color issues with it.

there are shots of people (family) where the woman had a dark shade of lipstick on & the photo printed them w/black lips. it looks horrible. then there is a shot of my child looking off at something & one of her nostrils is blacked out & looks really nutty.

anyone know what is going on ? is it the processiing of the images or was it the camera? i have since returned the camera b/c it was a bit slow w/its time between shots & i lost some great ones! with a active lifestyle & kiddo i need one that is faster between shots. anywho if anyone has any ideas on these odd colors i have gotten or any way to fix them i would love to hear!!!

It could have just as easily been the Sam's Club printer set-up as well. Take a look at the original image on your computer and see what the lipstick color looked like. You may find that it is entirely different than the Sam's Club print, providing it was properly exposed. Can you post a copy of the originalmage for usto see?
