Default How is the Canon SD1400?

I am still deciding on which pocketable camera to get after initially thinking I wanted one of the Panasonics (ZS6 or ZS7). Then after reading some of the forums and seeing that it may not be that great in low light, I thought about the S90 but don't really want to put out that much. I ran across this SD1400 and its in the lower $200 price range I was looking for and has HD video like I want. I realize it doesn't have the zoom of the Panny, but how is the image quality and speed (shutter lag) compare?

For low light take a look at the SD-4000, it has an F 2.0 lens.
