My parent's like their 3200, easy for them to use and takes great pics...however; the LCD is a bit small for them to see clearly (my mom has been using the viewfinder).

My brother and I have a lot of experience with the SD's having owned them from 300 through 700IS, along with our A and G gear (I have a A620, he uses a G6 for main rigs...he had a dSLR that didn't get a lot of use ;)).

Two candidates are the Fuji F30 and the Canon SD600. The canon we both can support easy and it can reuse their SD cards. The Fuji uses xD and neither of us have experience with them.

Budget is$200

Thanks

Chris

Chris-

The Canon SD-600 is selling right now at $201 so that would be a nice possibility. Keep in mind that the SD-630, which has an optical viewfinder might also be a consideration.

I am looking at the SD600 due to the budget...the Fuji F30 and even Sony W50 are interesting as well...but have odd memory.

The SD630 has no optical viewfinder though, but jumps to a 3" screen.

Might also look at the Kodak V603/610. Theyre very good picture takers and are really easy to use.
