Default Looking for a waterproof point and shoot.

I would like a waterproof point and shoot. Yes I want good pictures and the ability to shoot video. My biggest hesitation is that I don't want a camera that is going to flood. It seems to me that after reading so many reviews all these cameras flood. Now I'm not sure if it is the user but it seems to me that some of these people are pretty camera savvy. I would also like something easy to use (not so sure go pro fits the bill) and not too expensive (less than 350.00). Anybody have any suggestions? Or should I just wait a little while until they perfect these type camera?

The Olympus Tough TG-4 is one of the better waterproof cameras.
You can wait af course, but could be for many years.

Other than stating the obvious, which is that you can't change memory cards or batteries underwater or standing in heavy rain/spray (without taking precautions), I can't think of why people would have problems. Of course, the obvious isn't so obvious to an awful lot of people these days.
