Minolta MAXXUM 7D Digital Camera

I am looking at this camera for my nest purchase.

I would please like some responseabout this camera. Ive seen all the specs on it, Ive seen a few photos from it. Ive looked at one myself.

I would like to hear what peoples thoughts are on this. Is it rugged?Does it respond well for hand held manualphotos? (yes I understand the anti-shake)Are lenses or filters or even speed cards hard to attain or change out for it?

Or could someonedirect me to something thatsclose toit?

Future subjects, fast constant action, far distant shots, micro shots.
