Me and my wife...well, we have baby now, sowe need a good digicam

As I see it , two of the most importand features for us are MPEG-4 capability and a very good performance shoting in low-light conditions (I dont care about Mpixels as far as it's 4MP and above).

As I understand, I have only 3 options:

1. OLYMPUS c770

2. CASIO exilim-z750

3. PENTAX optioMX4.

The casio model looks cool,but it has only 2.9m flash (no external flash capability), so I'm not sure about low-light performance.

I am not sure what model to choose. Three of those are mpeg-4 capable. But I dont know how they shot in low-light ( no low-light sample photos ).

Pleasehelp me to choose good camera for shoting by kid.
