Ifit's images are as good as it's feature set, it is the one of the BESTultracompacts you will be able to get. It would be worth $600- $350 is unbeliveable. Worth every penny,IF it delivers good images, and thats a big if.
When I read the specifications, I had to rereadthe pageto make sure I hadn't misread it.:O |

Those high ISO claims are mainly marketing BS and should be taken with bucket of hydrogen chloride... Have you looked to manufacturers product pages? For example all example shots with these just released "high ISO capable" ultrazooms are taken at low ISOs. And Pana's method for high ISO is such that while it produces photos with very little noise at also produces very little details. So if you want better low light photos image stabilization should be high in requirements... while for moving targets it doesn't help it enables using couple steps lower ISO with stationary targets (landscapes, architecture...) which means lesser noise/loss of quality or shots in even dimmer lightning with higher ISO. (or then Fuji's camera whose high ISO claims are mostly true... with proprietary xD card) |
