Iam an intermediate photographer andI'mlooking at a few new cameras, they are the Canon A610, Kodak Z740, and theMinolta Z20. I was wondering if there were any likes and/or dislikes on them.I am also open to suggestions on other cameras. I would prefer a5mp, with nothing less than 4X opticalzoom in the $300-350 range. I also like faster cameras that take good pics in low light with and without the flash,I also take a lot of outdoor pics.I had the Nikon Coolpix 2100, it took good pics when you used manual settings. The only reason I'm getting rid of it is because the LCD screen went out on it. Matt

Take a look at the Olympus C-7000. It is 7mp with 5X optical zoom. It got a great review from both Steve and www.dpreview.com.

Take a look at the Fuji S5200...10x zoom, ISO 1600, fast startup and lag times.
