Default Nikon L100 or Kodak z1015

Now Im torn between the Kodak Z1015 and Nikon L100/P80.
I feel the Kodak z980 is a little big for me.

Im not using the Canon Powershot A710. I like it but feel I outgrew it.

I'm lookin for something that takes good pics in raw, especially landscapes/beach, able to take action pics (well dogs playing), and doesnt drain batteries.

I've never used Nikon before. I had my eye on the canon xs10 but feel its a little to big for me.

Neither the Nikon L-100 nor the Kodak Z-1015 are really great cameras. If money is the issue, look at the Kodak Z-1012 ($(US) 199.95), the Sony H-50, or the Panasonic FZ-28 if you want some cameras that have received excellent reviews.
