I was pretty convinced I was going to buy the Canon Powershot A560. At about $150 it looks like a great deal for a good all around camera. But then I noticed that the Panasonic DMC-LZ7 is now available for about $20 more, and the Panasonic has optical anti-shake and nice-looking photos, different than Canon, perhaps more attractive.
Is the Panasonic a better all-around camera than the Canon? What do people think of the image quality of Panasonic vs Canon? |

Our house we have (3) Panasonic cameras, the wifes FZ5, my son's LZ1 and my daughter's red thin one of which I can't remember the model number. All three cameras take some of the best pictures I have seen, clear, sharp, bright true colorsand no noise. Almost never have to touch up their shot on the computer as I'm always having to do with my Sony F717.
