I currently have an Optio S4 and am thinking about switching to a Canon SD300. I really just want a point-and-shoot camera that takes pictures really well.
The Pentax seems to flash a bunch of times before actually taking the picture so there is always someone in the picture that has their eyes shut from the rapid flash. I have heard good things about the canon and was wondering what users out there have to say about it. Thank for any help. |

I think the sd300 will have nicer pics than the pentax. I also think that for snapshots the pentax should be fine and it might not be owrth the money to upgade, unless money is not object.
The rapid flashes sounds like you have the red eye reduction mode on? |
